proteinsolver into a new conda environment, run the following command:
conda create -n proteinsolver -c conda-forge -c kimlab -c ostrokach-forge proteinsolver conda activate proteinsolver
This is the preferred method to install
proteinsolver, as it will always install the most recent stable release, including all dependencies.
The sources for
proteinsolver can be downloaded from the [GitLab repo].
You can either clone the public repository:
git clone git://gitlab.com/ostrokach/proteinsolver
Or download the [tarball]:
curl -OL https://gitlab.com/ostrokach/proteinsolver/repository/master/archive.tar
Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:
python setup.py install
